Retrieves the list of available Skeddly managed policies.

## HTTP Request

`GET https://api.skeddly.com/api/ManagedPolicies`

## Returns

Array of [ManagedPolicy](https://docs.skeddly.com/data-types/managedpolicy-object) objects.
